Overtures hand dyed 100% rayon ribbon is offered in 18 semi-precious gem colors for your fiber projects. The ribbon, 1/2"- wide, is available in 5 yard packages or 100 yard hanks. Suitable for multi-fiber rug hooking, embroidery, weaving and knitting, The hand dyed colors, which coordinate with the Overtures hand dyed fabrics and wool roving, will add pizzazz and interest to your fiber designs.

A lacy knitted scarf pattern is our gift with each 100 yard hank order. The perfect accent for casual or dress wear, which can be knitted in less than a day!

Be sure to order enough for your project, as with all hand dyed fibers, there may be a slight difference in each dye lot.

The ecru combed top comes to us from Ashland Bay Trading Company, known for their quality fibers, then we hand-dye the colors to coordinate with the rest of the Overtures line.

A variety of fibers are available in each color, from the Semi-precious Gem shades to the newly created Agates. Every now and then we create a color by accident and don't know how it occurred, we call these the Oops! Colors. They will be an opportunity to acquire a one of a kind, one time only color for a 'special' project.
